LASAGNA PASTA CLASS

Lasagna is a treasure of Italian cuisine & a staple across Italy with every region putting its own spin on this beloved classic. Join Stelvio's Executive Chef for an interactive experience spent learning to make traditional Lasagna alla Bolognese. During the class you will learn to make the traditional lasagna sheets, Béchamel sauce and traditional Bolognese ragú as well as a sample to taste at the end of the class.
