Learn to make Tortelli di Erbetta. This incredibly delicious pasta is a beloved specialty of Emilia Romagna. It is stuffed with different fillings, we will learn how to make the traditional variation with ricotta and green herbs.

During this pasta cooking class with our Executive Chef, you will learn how to prepare the traditional filling completely from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Shape the tortelli and bring whatever you make home. At the end of the class our executive chef will prepare the final dish for you to sample. 



1. Foundations of pasta making. 🍝

Learn how to prepare the base recipe of Tortelli di Erbetta & the filling for the pasta. 

2. Take your pasta home. 🛍️

What you make, you get to take home. As well, we will have some extra chef-made pasta on hand to give you as an additional little treat.

3. Sip while you learn. 🥂

We will have prosecco, wine and cocktails or pops ready for you to enjoy while you learn.
