Tortellini are a real treasure of Italian cuisine & a staple in Italian households over the holidays. One of the most familiar foods from the Emilia Romagna region, this delightful pasta dish is made with rolled egg pasta dough and encased with a variety of fillings.

During this pasta cooking class with our Executive Chef, you will learn how to prepare the traditional meat filling & shape the tortellini guided by our very knowledgeable chef. At the end of the class our executive chef will prepare the final dish for you to sample. 



1. Foundations of pasta making. 🍝

Learn how to prepare the base recipe of Tortellini in Brodo & how to shape this tasty pasta. 

2. Take your pasta home. 🛍️

What you make, you get to take home. As well, we will have some extra chef-made pasta for you to sample at the end of the class.

3. Sip while you learn. 🥂

We will have prosecco, wine and cocktails or pops ready for you to enjoy while you learn. **
